One arrested naked for sexual activity with cow

One arrested while performing cow slaughter in Dharan-14

Dharan: A man has been arrested by the locals for slaughtering a cow in a cow shed of a local at Ganesh Chowk of Vijaypur in Dharan-14.

A man was found naked in the cowshed of Vasudev Bhattarai of Ganesh Chowk at around 8:30 pm on Monday night. The locals had arrested him and informed the police.

The locals have accused the man of repeatedly slaughtering the cow. He was arrested after being found by a local while he was slaughtering a cow in a cowshed. He has been taken under control by the Area Police Office. His name has not been released. He is also said to be a former police officer. 

According to his relatives, he is a resident of Naya Tol of Dharan-14. His relatives said that he was found in this condition on Monday night.
